CONSULT
Assess the scope of the project - Do you need all new furniture? Do you need a few pieces? Do you just need de-cluttering, but want to use the furniture you already have? Do you need help envisioning the look for the home if it has never been staged?
Review client goals - what color scheme are you looking for? What is your goal with each room? What kind of changes would you like to make to the current rooms? What kind of atmosphere are you trying to create? Do you need an entire home staged, or just a room? Are you looking for design guidance or do you already have an idea? What are your overall deign goals?
CONTRACT
Post consult, a contract will be drawn up. The contract will show:
- All costs associated with moving furniture
- Costs associated with designers time for staging
- Costs associated with shopping for pieces if needed
- Cost associated with rental of furniture per month
- Timeline of work
STAGING SERVICE
After the contract is signed, we will begin our staging services.
Services may include any of the following depending on scope of project:
- Creating a vision for overall home or room
- Color scheme
- Selecting pieces from our stock of furniture
- Shopping for pieces if anything specific is needed
- De-cluttering spaces
- Providing guidance in any aspect relating to interior design
