SMALL SCALE RENOVATIONS

PROCESS

 

For smaller scale renovations we begin the process with meeting the client at their home so that we can get a feel for what work will need to be done. At this initial meeting, you will meet with one of our designers and one of our construction leads. We will discuss your goals & what you want done with your home. We will then  work on a quote for how much you should expect the work to cost. Putting the quote together will take one week to finish. Once the quote is approved, we will have you begin working with one of our designers to make selections for fixtures, flooring, tile, etc. Simultaneously while selections are being made, the construction work will begin. Your payments will be broken down into an initial deposit, after rough, and at finish.

GOAL

Our team is small & only takes on a few jobs at a time. Our main goal is to provide an intimate relationship between our team members & the client from start to finish. We want to hear every "must have” and “wish-list item" off the bat  whether it be  redesigning a bathroom, kitchen, or adding new flooring…you are making a transition in your home that will either set the tone for a whole new vibe or improving a part of your home that is meant to flow  with whats already there. We want you feeling 100% satisfied with the process & what the renovation will look like. We will provide as much or as little design direction as you desire & you will be kept in the loop with a complete timeline of the construction work thats being done.
