Modern farm house style at its best is shown in this Cherry Hill home. Sitting on 10 acres of land, this unique home is a horse lovers dream. Not only are there 13 horses actually living on the farm, but the interior design brings the outside in with a sleek, modernized farmhouse style. The color palate is crisp white and  stark black with natural touches of whicker, stone, and shades of tan. The floor plan was designed with purpose to have an open concept flow from room to room with plenty of windows to let light in. Throughout the house you will find plenty of horse themed decor and texture. All furniture down to the mirrors, rugs, and light fixtures were chosen to go with the modern farmhouse theme. Minimilistic colors such as black, white and tan were chosen to balance the use of lots of textures and patterns in the rugs, pillows, and artwork.

Out back you will find a barn that sits in front of the tree line mirroring the colors of the main house.  The selections in the barn are equally as bold and clean as the main home. Grey pavers make up the main hallway accented by black steel on the stalls and rope and black fixtures on the ceiling. A tact room with natural pine walls, antiques, and vintage artwork sits to the side of the main hall, providing the perfect spot to sit after a long day of fun with furry friends. The bathroom in the barn in small but bold with daring red and grey walls, masculine  black cabinets, and rustic pops of silver.

 The entirety of the home including the barn shares the unity of color, texture, and pinpoints the joy of horses in a luxury environment.
